1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Aiplicity's services ("Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform. Aiplicity provides a suite of AI-powered automation tools, including SEO automation, CRM systems, and social media bots.

2. Subscription and Billing

Aiplicity operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following:

• Fees: You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your plan.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
• Credit System: Certain advanced AI features may consume "credits." Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless explicitly stated in your plan.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Aiplicity only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using our AI bots to generate or distribute spam, malware, phishing attempts, or illegal content.
• Violating the Terms of Service of third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, Meta, Google) through excessive automation or scraping.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack our platform infrastructure or AI models.
• Reselling or white-labeling our services without an explicit enterprise agreement.

4. Third-Party Integrations and Liability

Aiplicity allows you to connect third-party APIs (e.g., WhatsApp, Meta, Google Analytics). We are not responsible for the availability, uptime, or policy changes of these third-party services. If a third-party platform bans or suspends your account due to your use of automation, Aiplicity holds no liability.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform infrastructure, code, UI/UX designs, and proprietary AI models are the exclusive property of Aiplicity. You retain full ownership of any original data, customer lists, or content you input into the system. Content generated by our AI tools on your behalf belongs to you, provided your account is in good standing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiplicity and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform. This includes loss of revenue, data corruption, or account bans on third-party platforms.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used our platform to facilitate illegal actions.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
