Welcome to Aiplicity ("we," "our," or "us"). As a premium provider of AI-powered business automation tools, search engine optimization (SEO) automation, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and connected services (the "Services"), we aim to support your business operations seamlessly.
By subscribing to our Services, purchasing API access, or buying AI credits, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please read this document carefully before making any financial transactions.
2. Strictly Non-Refundable Policy
All sales, subscriptions, and AI credit purchases on the Aiplicity platform are final and strictly non-refundable.
This no-refund policy is enforced due to the following structural and technical parameters of our system:
- Instant Resource Provisioning: When you purchase a subscription or credits, the necessary cloud infrastructure and proprietary machine learning algorithms are immediately provisioned and locked down for your exclusive use.
- Real-Time API Consumption: Many of our features consume third-party foundational AI models (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Meta Graph APIs) which charge us instantly in real-time as your queries, SEO crawls, or automation steps run.
- Instant Value Delivery: Users receive the full business utility of our automated SEO keywords, CRM workflows, and Instagram tools immediately upon payment.
Consequently, we are unable to process prorated refunds for partial use, unused credits, or cancelled billing periods.
3. Credit System Rules
Certain Services consume "credits" to execute complex machine learning and automation tasks. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for real currency under any circumstances.
- Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle according to your specific plan parameters, unless rolling over is explicitly written in your service agreement.
- If your account is terminated for a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, all active and remaining credits will be forfeited immediately without compensation.
4. Digital Service Delivery and Provisioning
Because Aiplicity is a fully cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, there are no physical shipping, packaging, or delivery logistics required for our products.
- Instant Digital Delivery: All software dashboard access, analytical interfaces, and credits are delivered digitally to your registered account instantly (typically within 5 to 10 seconds) upon successful confirmation of payment by our processing network.
- Access Delivery SLA: In rare cases of network congestion or manual verification (for custom high-tier enterprise subscriptions), digital provisioning may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. If you cannot access your purchased features after 24 hours, please contact our billing helpdesk immediately.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your active subscription at any time. To cancel your plan, you must follow the cancellation path in your Account Dashboard or submit a formal request via email to billing@aiplicity.com at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to your next recurring renewal date.
- Continued Access: Upon cancellation, your service will remain active and fully accessible with your existing features and allocated credits until the end of your current active billing cycle.
- No Future Charges: No further recurring automatic charges will be made to your payment instrument once a valid cancellation request has been recorded.
6. Transaction Errors and Duplicate Payments
In the event of a technical transaction error (e.g., your bank account was charged, but our platform failed to provision your account due to a gateway timeout) or accidental duplicate payments:
- You must notify us at billing@aiplicity.com within thirty (30) days of the transaction.
- Our financial compliance team will review the transaction logs with our payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, Paytm).
- Once a technical failure or double-payment is verified, we will initiate a full refund of the failed or duplicate transaction to the original payment source. Refund timelines are subject to standard banking channels and typically take five (5) to seven (7) business days to reflect in your account.
7. Policy Modifications
Aiplicity reserves the right to modify, adjust, or completely replace this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be announced on our dashboard or updated directly on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your explicit agreement to the new terms.
